In Bree’s early 20s, she was studying to earn her bachelor’s degree and completing prerequisite classes for a master’s program in speech pathology. Having a son, she saw a future in helping kids. However, everything changed when a friend suggested a medical esthetician she had found on Groupon.

Unfortunately, Bree struggled with really bad skin her entire life; acne, hyperpigmentation from scarring, and enlarged pores. She tried everything, including Proactiv, seeing dermatologists, and getting facials every now and then, but nothing seemed to work. It was Bree’s biggest insecurities for a long time. 

​

The esthetician she went to see stressed the importance of consistency with facials and promised that she could help heal her skin. 

After six months of seeing her once a month, she was able to do a micro-needling treatment, and it completely transformed Bree’s skin. 

This was life-changing for Bree! Finally, her biggest insecurity was gone – She knew in that moment that she wanted to help others achieve the same results.

After finishing her bachelor’s degree, she started attending skin school to be able to help other’s. She was so passionate about skincare that she ended up teaching the facial specialist program at her esthetics school. Eventually, Bree started my own skincare business in a room at her grandparents’ dental office.

​

Having a deep passion for giving her clients the same results she experienced, the business grew rapidly through referrals. People could hear the passion her voice and see the excitement on her face. Finding her purpose and sharing it with others has been the most rewarding experience for Bree. It got to the point where Bree’s business was rapidly growing and needed a bigger space. With that transition, Bree decided to create an entire experience for her clients. She envisioned a boutique style aesthetics lounge, creating an atmosphere where people wanted to be. A lifestyle! Bree’s goal for YNG Aesthetics Lounge was to create a relaxing, trendy and fun environment. Along with  professional services and always keeping up to date with the newest technology in the aesthetics field. Bree wants every client that walks in the door to feel the impacted by the YNG experience.

When Bree first started in this industry, her number one priority was to help her clients maintain a routine. Consistency is key! To help everyone afford regular facials, Bree started a facial membership program at a reduced rate. She was inspired by the special care she was given and the impact it has had on her life. Uplifting others and helping build their confidence is why Bree chose this amazing profession.

Amy originally joined the YNG Team as our Creative Director, but has since accepted the position of COO, where her gift for strategizing, organizing and executing truly shines. Not only is she passionate about business, but as a lover of art, music, design and all things beautiful, Amy is constantly exploring the endless world of creative expression. Amy is a firm believer in being a light everywhere you go and using mindful intention to make an impact in whatever capacity you can (living a life bigger than you!) Understanding the power of truly loving herself has influenced the way she works, loves and serves others - it has moved her to help others harness that same power. Amy believes that once a person is empowered by unapologetic authenticity, there is no stopping them from manifesting dreams and destiny. Amy feels extremely grateful for her team and our clients at YNG, where we are all on a journey to building something incredible, together. “I was inspired to pursue a career the beauty industry for one main reason: More people need to know how beautiful and worthy they truly are. Matt began his work in the health field after serving two tours in the military. He has a passion for helping his patients look and feel their best which is what led him to the field of aesthetics.

Specializing in facial aesthetics and hormone therapy, Matt takes pride in his detailed work in the art of injecting to help his patients achieve a natural and symmetrical look. Kayla is a Medical Aesthetician who joined the YNG team shortly after acquiring an aesthetics license in 2020. She is certified in DMK and Facial Lymphatic Drainage Massage, and is always pursuing the latest in Aesthetics to provide our clients with a high level of service using the best techniques. Kayla’s love for health and beauty started early in her life when she began doing makeup and hair at just age 12. Noticing the confidence boost makeup and hair styling gave others, she was intrigued to find ways to help others build confidence without having to “cover up” their insecurities. Kayla now thrives on educating others on how they can become confident and comfortable in their own skin through protecting and caring for the skin properly. At YNG Aesthetics Lounge, Kayla feels empowered learning from the best Aestheticians in West Palm Beach. On her days off, Kayla revives with self care by practicing self motivation, meditation, and most importantly, family time. She enjoys indulging in good food and all forms of adventure including boating, dirt biking, and anything active (after applying her SPF, of course!)  Kayla is dedicated to improving your relationship with your skin and views it as an honor to be a part of your skincare journey! 

Genesis found her way to YNG as a Medical Aesthetician after years of working various jobs that didn’t fill her soul. Genesis was on a search for something that would truly fulfill her, and finally, after asking herself “what do I love?” she realized her passions stemmed from aesthetics, skin, and more so making people feel good about themselves. This realization lit up the path for her to  embark on a journey to becoming an aesthetician. Genesis loves her job because she loves helping people find their confidence and feel happy. She believes that when people feel their best, they are better able to be their most authentic selves. Her favorite part of her job is making lasting connections with her clients as well as helping them reach their skincare goals. At YNG, Genesis loves being surrounded by other like-minded, motivated individuals that strive to help one another to be their best. When genesis is not working, she enjoys taking courses to expand her knowledge and skills as an esthetician, listening to audiobooks , traveling, working out and going to music festivals with her friends. She loves good music and is always up for a good time. Genesis is passionate about her career in aesthetics and is excited to share her passion with you! 

Lexi is YNG’s very own Lash Technician! She has been a Medical Aesthetician and Master Lash Artist since graduating from the Laser & Beauty Institute in 2016. Born and raised in South Florida, Lexi recognized early on the damage that can be caused when your skin is not properly protected from the sun. Becoming aware of how important it is to properly protect and care for the skin is what ultimately motivated her to pursue a career in aesthetics and skincare. Lexi’s superpower is helping men and women look and feel their best by radiating a warm spirit and using the most advanced tools and techniques in skincare. After operating independently for a few years, Lexi is so grateful to have found her forever home at YNG, surrounded by a team of beauty professionals that fill every day with positive energy. Outside of work, Lexi is a mother to her beautiful daughter, enjoys spending time with her family, loves traveling and seeing new places, and will always say yes to a bowl of soup (even on the hottest days)! As with each and every one of her clients, Lexi can’t wait to be part of your journey to a happier, healthier you! 

Jen is a First Impressions Coordinator at YNG - one of the lovely faces you will find at our front desk! She loves to greet every guest with a warm smile and make their time with us as fun and enjoyable as she can!  Jen originally wanted to join the YNG team because she is very passionate about helping everyone to feel beautiful and confident in their skin, and hopes to eventually pursue that through becoming an aesthetician as well! Her favorite parts about working at YNG are connecting with the clients and watching them radiate more and more confidence as they reach their skin goals. Jen also loves getting to be a part of what helps our clients to relax and feel better if they are having a tough day. In her free time, Jen enjoys exploring new places, going to concerts and dancing to live music, relaxing by the ocean, and spending time with her family and loved ones.  Jen is excited to welcome you to YNG and looks forward to watching you blossom and grow through caring for yourself the best you can!

We are lucky to have Mimi on the YNG team as our valued Spa Coordinator. Her passions and skills all center around connecting amazing people to incredible opportunities. Mimi’s impressive track record includes management, networking and relationship/team building. She excels in client/customer service by applying effective, logical and concise strategies with respect for all humans alike.
 

What excited Mimi the most about joining the YNG family is her genuine enjoyment for helping make a positive difference in people’s lives. Authentic connection and care has become her professional way of helping — one conversation, and one human at a time. Mimi’s values include transparency, tenacity, and respect and she seeks to further her knowledge of the human experience by continuing studies in Psychology and applying it to everyday circumstances. Aside from making an effective and positive impact, Mimi loves Cuban coffee, Boston, The Los Angeles Lakers, the Steelers and all things competitive. She is fluent in Portuguese as well as Spanish and enjoys simplicity. In her free time, you can find Mimi volunteering within the fitness community and outreaching to the sober community.

Megan is one of YNG's amazing Medical Aestheticians who, like the rest of our team, finds genuine fulfillment in empowering others. A natural passion for skincare and a desire to spend her time helping others discover confidence from within led Megan to YNG, where she gets to witness her clients fall in love with their skin every day.

In her free time, Megan loves diving into self-growth, expanding her knowledge & skills, and working out. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise, she is excited to share her passion and contribute to the beauty and confidence of those she serves.

Jocelyn found her way into the world of aesthetics in 2021 after feeling lost in her purpose throughout her first year of college. Jocelyn has loved all things beauty since middle school, which at the time, looked like waking up extra early to do her makeup to feel her best before school, and always making sure to bring face masks to share with her friends on trips and sleepovers. The moment she was introduced to the idea of becoming an aesthetician, she knew in her heart that was what she was meant to do! Shortly thereafter, Jocelyn found the nearest school and signed up for the soonest class with a heart full of excitement and dreams.

Since then, Jocelyn has learned so much about achieving/maintaining healthy skin and she thoroughly enjoys sharing that knowledge to help others with their skin struggles. Jocelyn is a firm believer in self care and self love - practicing this in her own life seems to "do the trick," no matter what mood she finds herself in. Now, as a Medical Aesthetician at YNG, Jocelyn finds fulfillment in guiding others into experiencing the joy and peace that comes with giving yourself the care and love you deserve.

In her free time you can find Jocelyn playing with her dog, having movie nights with her husband, and finding fun ways to stay active.

Nicole’s dedication for aesthetics and health stems from a very young age. Struggling with acne as a teenager isn’t fun for anyone, and Nicole has experienced this battle first hand. From dermatologists, antibiotics, and trying out almost every product under the sun, she has used everything she’s learned to further her knowledge and training as an aesthetician. Graduating at the top of her class in Esthetics school and starting at one of the top spas in Florida, Nicole’s career skyrocketed and her love for skincare and all of her clients shines through every treatment. This deeply rooted passion shows with her desire for constant growth with skincare, ingredient knowledge, extensive massage techniques, as well as her excitement to start every client on their journey to beautiful skin! What Nicole loves most about being an esthetician is not only transforming and illuminating her clients lives through their skin, but the connections and friends she has made along the way. From losing her way, to finding YNG, Nicole knew as soon as she met the owner of YNG, that YNG is where she was meant to be. Growing up working in her own family’s small business from just 14 years old helped her learn true teamwork and work ethic. Her love and support for our team and small business is held very close to her heart!
